Archibald Cox, Jr.

Mr. Cox, Jr. is chairman of the private investment firm Sextant Group, Inc., and also serves as chairman of Ayablu Inc.; EyeLock, Inc.; and serves on the boards of Unifi Inc. and several privately-owned companies. Mr. Cox has nearly a half century of global experiences in financial, investment and operating experiences. Before becoming its CEO, he launched Morgan Stanley & Co. international business in London. He then went on to become president and CEO of The First Boston Group, Inc. and a member of the group executive board of CS First Boston Group, Inc. In 1993, Mr. Cox formed Sextant Group, Inc. With additional backing from American and Chinese investors, the firm acquired General Motors’ Magnequench (rare earth magnetic materials) business and Mr. Cox served as its president and CEO for almost a decade. When Magnequench merged with a Canadian company to form Neo Material Technologies Inc., he was its first chairman. Mr. Cox was chairman of Barclays Americas and a member of the Executive Committee of Barclays Capital. His depth of experience provides the REPREVE RENEWABLES’ board a deep knowledge of the financial sectors and capital markets, the challenges and opportunities of growing a new industry and operational execution for new business.

T. Logan Fazio

Mr. Logan Fazio is president of Fazio Design, a leading golf course design company. The company and the Fazio family are well respected for their projects located across the United States and around the world. Mr. Fazio is expanding on this tradition by incorporating proven design principles and a team-centric leadership ethos in his work on new courses and existing ones. He has been instrumental in navigating through new markets and economic changes in the industry by bringing an innovative and comprehensive approach to creating world-class golf facilities throughout the world. Mr. Fazio brings to REPREVE RENEWABLES a forward-thinking style that is invaluable in identifying and creating new products and establishing highly effective teams.

Thomas H. Caudle, Jr.

Mr. Caudle has served as President of Unifi Inc. since April 2016. He had been the Vice President of Manufacturing since October 2006. He served as Vice President of Global Operations from April 2003 until this appointment. Prior to April 2003, Mr. Caudle had been Senior Vice President in charge of manufacturing for Unifi since July 2000 and Vice President of Manufacturing Services since January 1999. Caudle has been an employee of the Company since 1982.

Sean D. Goodman

Mr. Goodman joined Unifi as Chief Financial Officer in January 2016. His previous experience includes positions as a Senior Manager at Deloitte, Vice President of Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at GUS Plc, and Strategic Business Development and Finance Director at Home Depot. Most recently, Mr. Goodman was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Landis +Gyr Americas. His experience includes public accounting, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and financial management. Mr. Goodman is a Certified Public accountant and earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business Administration.
